Return & Damage Policy

Thank you for shopping with Leeloo.

Each piece is carefully crafted, upholstered, and inspected before shipping. Due to the fragile nature of mirrors and upholstered products, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns & Refunds

Leeloo products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Except in cases where the item arrives damaged.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements or preferences

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Items after delivery confirmation


Delivery & Inspection Policy

All orders are made with care and attention to detail.
Please allow 14 to 16 working days for production and delivery.

To ensure transparency and safety:

  • The courier will not leave until the product is fully inspected.

  • The customer must check the item carefully upon delivery.

  • Once the courier leaves and the item is signed for, the order is considered delivered in good condition.

Any damage reported after the courier leaves will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged during delivery inspection:

Please contact us immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

  • These items are not refundable or replaceable unless damaged upon delivery inspection.
