• Cairo & Giza: within 14 days

• Other cities: within 20 days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

Because our mirrors are fragile and upholstered, every item is wrapped and protected with special packaging to avoid damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of:

• The packaging

• Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
